Full Service Event

Catering deliveries and setups incur a 20% fee (pre-tax subtotal of food and beverages). This covers packaging, transport, and standard dinnerware, including plates, plasticware, utensils, and napkins; specialty items are additional. Events are up to 4 hours: 1 hour setup, 2 hours service, and 1 hour breakdown. Note: Labor costs vary based on the size of the event. Service includes staffed serving and cleanup of the serving area only, with portions managed for all guests.
